Can someone from the No Crowd please provide me with a reasoned logical analysis showing how mankind is born with the right to have a government recognize same sex marriage? Please use the political philosophy on which Western Civilization is based, i.e., natural law. An appeal to Thomas Aquinas, John Locke, Rousseau, Plato, or other Western philosophers would be helpful.
Also, please explain how this right existed before 4 San Francisco judges invented it.
If you can do that I will be more willing to consider your conclusion that Prop 8 "takes away fundamental rights."
