Today a fourth lawsuit was filed in the California Supreme Court to challenge Proposition 8. The case was filed by Asian Pacific American Legal Center, California State Conference of the NAACP, Equal Justice Society, Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc.
