A lot of people are curious about the legal challenges to Prop 8. Most people don't understand how such challenges could even be made given that a majority of voters approved Proposition 8. The California Supreme Court has posted a webpage so that you can read the different petitions and motions in support of and in opposition to the challenges to Proposition 8.
